Delete your Family Day app account

Any Family Day app user can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Fastest method

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the account menu and choose “Remove account.”
3. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@familyday-sa.com from the address linked to the account and include the linked phone number so we can verify ownership and process the request.

What is deleted?

We delete the account and associated personal data, including linked notification tokens. We retain specific records only when legally required, such as certain transaction, tax, or dispute records, and only for the required period. See the Privacy Policy for details.
